The integral solution

In order to respond to the requirements of asepsis and to improve the working conditions for both surgeons and anesthetists, the operating theater is defined in a central area called the "core zone" 3.2 m x 3.2 m and a surrounding area or "peripheral zone".

The core zone is reserved for the wound area, the surgeons and instrument nurse in sterile clothing as well as for all sterile instruments.

The peripheral zone is reserved for the anesthetists and all nonsterile auxiliary equipment e.g. electric scalpel, arthroscopy apparatus, various monitors, etc.

We have been using this concept ,with great success, since 1980 and we have realized more than 750 operating rooms.

Over the years ADMECO, in order to put together this concept, has developed a whole range of specially designed components and products.
